As I am continuing on my art journey I started on paper, I started gravitating more and more towards watercolors and especially digital watercolors. I've tried many amazing sets from talented artists around, but I felt that I have a calling to do another one. One that is as much traditional as digital. One, that can capture my most magical thoughts on my screen. This is how the idea of Solaris started. I wanted something that is in between. I use many of these brushes for my semi-realistic portraits as well (notably my smudger brushes and the pencils), but also for adding cute illustrative details to my so-called 'joy paintings' (things I paint for the joy of it).

This set is also special for me, because I got to work on the showcase with a wonderful watercolor artist that I also am lucky to call my friend, Una Eglite from cardsandhugs - she generously tested the resources, sampled them and gave feedback on what needed to be perfected, so I can hand over my so far best set.
